See, the victimizations happen overnight. It begins with a whisper. A whisper of blaming, a whisper of complaining, a whisper that eventually tells you that his idea is them. The ability of the victim mentality is the reason emotional man lose the edge.

I continue to fight. The problem is that most men right now are rather complaint blame instead of looking themselves in the mirror and asking themselves, what can I do today to be corrosion to what I want in life? What is under my control right now that I can actually do something instead of blaming everybody else around you? Because at the end of the day, the victim mentality is fucking contagious.
That's the reason that I'm tolerant complaining. In my team, we take feedback. But you have to bring a solution to the feedback. At the end of the day, if you surround yourself with people who have the victim mentality, it's just a matter of time that you can make more circumstances.
It's my intention for you to ask yourself, where am I complaining? Where am I blaming? And who around me is whispered in my ear, the blame and the complaints. Because as a leader, you have to cut up the people around you.
I will drain your energy with complaints. I will drain your energy with victim mentality will drain your energy and leave you powerless. Because at the end you have the power to choose. You have the power to ask yourself, what can I do today to get closer to what I want?
Or blame everyone else for your situation. The choice is yours. But at the end of the day, I choose to believe that I have the power to fulfill my purpose in this world. Because I know that the best is yet to come.
