My name is Rolasis and this is your daily edge. Yesterday to my team to watch Gladiator 2. It was an epic movie. It wasn't as good as the first one, but it was better than I expected.
Especially because I talked about legacy. The legacy that every single man is now leaving this world in Maximus tomb because he died. In the first movie, it says, what you do in life will echo into a journey. What you do today will create a legacy.
There was a scene that the new guy who tapped into that strength, tap into that power, tap into that version that created a legacy in the first place. So you're going to be somebody's excuse or somebody's reason why they're going to succeed. Every single thing that you do in life will create legacy. Whether it's a gift or the curse.
If you're a father, as a father, we're creating a legacy for our kids. As an entrepreneur, you're creating a legacy for your employees, for your team, for your customers. Because every single man that's a leader is creating a legacy, whether you want or not. So my intention for you today is to ask yourself, what's the legacy that I'm creating right now?
If today was my last day, would I be proud of the legacy? Or is there some work to do? Because that's how I live every single day. I'm focusing on making sure that I'm creating my legacy.
Even if I die today, I know that my life was worth living. But it wasn't always like this. It was times in my life that I thought that people would be better off without me. I see I worked at myself and the inner work necessary to know that I'm responsible for the legacy, that whatever I do today is going to create a ripple effect in the future.
And that's the job of a single leader, to be conscious of you actually taking today. So whatever you do in life will continue to be a legacy. So choose wisely. Choose to lead.
