Because the reality is every single one of us needs a breakthrough. Every single one of us needs to be pushed to the next level. And as we approach the next half of the year, this is the best time right now to start resetting your vision, resetting you strategy, resetting what you want. Because most of us, we spend so much time living on the past and struggling and reacting to life, we must take some time to look at the big picture and reset.
They want to talk about what it takes to lead. What does it take for a man to lead? Because leadership is responsibility, leadership is a calling. But at the end of the day, what's up?
Praise leaders from followers. It's that leaders show up even when it's not convenient. They show up even when they want to. They show up.
Even when their mind is telling them that there's so much fucking things to do, they show up. Why? Because it is a must to lead. That's what this event is, a leadership summit.
And if you want to help to next level, you have to sharpen your skills as a leader. I guess you probably have so much shit going on in your business and your life that none of us, we don't have time to fucking waste. So my promise to you is, I'm not going to waste your fucking time. But you must show up.
You must hear that voice inside the cell. That's time to level up. That's time to listen to the calling for you to fucking lead. But so many men are just so focused on reacting to life that they don't listen to that voice.
They don't listen to that calling. My intention for today is to just make some time. Quiet yourself and listen to the voice that's telling you that it's fucking time. Don't listen to that voice in your head that's saying that you don't have everything together.
You don't have your shit together. In order for you to attend this adventure or to attend a seminar or to get better, you have to know you go in there to find the strategies, to find the association, the connection to breakthrough. The worst mistake that I've made, my personal development was listening to the voice in my head. Because the voice in my head was always trying to sabotage my brother and give me excuses after Excuses.
Excuses. Instead of listening to the voice in my heart, my soul that was telling me that it was time for me to leave, it cost me years of pain. It cost me millions of dollars. That's when.
Now, when the voice says go, I fucking go. When it's not convenient, I fucking go. When I think I don't have time, I fucking show up. When I don't want to do it, I fucking do it.
Why? Because the voice is never wrong. The same voice got you to listen to this podcast. The same voice got you to open up a book.
The same voice got you to sign up for a program. The same voice is telling you, is constantly guiding you. All we have to do is shut the fuck up and listen. Listen to the calling to level the fuck up, I believe.
