As the Security Law has passed the Chinese government, countries starts offering a safe heaven for citizens in Hong Kong. Taiwan opened an office last Wednesday at Taipei which is designed to process the Hong Kong Humanitarian Aid Project. President Tsai pledged a support last May after the proposal of the law by Beijing. Australian PM Scott Morrison has been asked last week whether he was considering offering safe haven to Hong Kongers. One of the problem is the residents has not given any warnings before the lockdown and are are not allowed to go out. 5 pages of paper has handed out to the residents, which describes fines if they break the rules and is written in English.
