This is the daily update for Tuesday, March 25th. Unfortunately, another Tonyless Tuesday. So as the Easter weekend came to an end yesterday for me at least Back to the old grindstone of working and putting up with kids crap and all that other good stuff But at least you know what we're starting off with the Tuesday Which is one of the better days of my week Tuesdays and Thursdays definitely the two easier the two days of the week And to come on top I thought I had a glass of warming tonight, but I don't know it's classable this week So I'm very very nice Surprise as I woke up this morning Because last night was a little bit of a rough night again Like I said last week we can obtain it out of her swaddle and out of the bassinet into the crib in the nursery and for first couple nights over the well and then her schedule has been off the past couple days and Last night not so hot night before not so hot So going back to those little sleep during the night nights that we had at the beginning But you know it's not all then Cindy's actually on spring break this week So that kind of makes the transition just a little bit easier for me at least because she has Subraciously decided to be the person in charge of the primary person in charge I guess at least of making sure and I guess back to sleep or cries yourself asleep as quickly as possible So so I appreciate that that's for sure But whether whether this weekend not so not so cool the of course at least in Springfield Slash puree area where I visited and was for Easter we had some snow on the ground I know farther up north pickles pickles region area of the state They have like 11 inches of snow, which is just ridiculous and on top that off You know going from way up there having lots of snow Tony's out driving the Z today So you know the weather's got to be nice in southern Illinois or the Z wouldn't be on the road whatsoever. So I'm hoping you're around in the corner here So spring can start me right now my nice little Chicago Cubs toolbar on my Firefox tells me it's 56 degrees outside and sunny in Springfield Illinois, which would be definitely would be awesome Because that means when I get home tonight, I could you know Probably go for a run which I need to because we got a little river-to-river race coming up here Less than a month away now, and I ran more than three miles three miles at a time Of course drink the race and we got to run three miles at a time But we got to do that three times over in the day So Katie may be giving you a call later on this afternoon See if you were planning on running tonight and whatnot Overall pretty pretty good weekend got to hang out at mom see mom see Kyle and Laura Laura's got a nice little baby belly going on For for their daughter.
They well, at least we think it's a doubt. I'll find out for sure next Monday. I believe Got to see the whole Essex clan out at grandma's exes got to go back to Farmington and see an extremely ugly ugly ugly Honda I can't even think of the name of element two-tone gray and dark blue on the elements in the driveway of the old house She's got to be one of the ugliest vehicles ever and then you put that paint scheme on it. It's just ridiculous.
It's ridiculous I tell you so we have that I was we talk and all I see and it's my fault I tell me so all this time that we were trying to get him on the suit of the update And then I thought you know what I can start bringing another gas and so I start going to message boards online here And I found a pretty funny one. I know mr. Stone will know this Okay, anyways, I was trying to go to these sound boards and and get one that you know kind of have a conversation with and unfortunately I Just said it was too much work. Basically.
I just looking at looking at one with And with Futurama, of course mr. Zoe board I'm sorry doctors. Oh, yes, or a doctor Anyways, and I just decided it was too cheesy corning and also too much effort to make it actually sound good. So Onto the news though even to the Baseball purist you had to be excited that the games got started today in Japan this morning as I was getting dressed and ready for work this morning put on little ESPN 2 and and Saw Boston playing Oakland over there in Tokyo pretty good stuff Manner and Maris had a fairly big game David Ortiz, which I have on a couple my fantasy teams Some of my mixed league teams got to see him choke with runners in scoring position Which was awesome and so on so forth But we are baseball season is upon so got two games during the week I believe this week today the course is morning and tomorrow and then on Sunday the Braves and the Nationals kick off the North American is opening night in North America for major league baseball then of course next Monday Brewers against Cubs at Riggly and if there's not snow on the ground we will have a baseball game and I'm seriously considering taking the day off on that Monday, maybe fixing some ribs and And watching some baseball I know my spring break is a week after but you know opening day You know I get to do that and that's only once so I'm sure I have to convince Cindy Maybe if you guys all send her emails advocating me taking a personal day to stay home on that Monday and watch some baseball Maybe that'll help sway her decision a little bit, but so that's one thing about that also June 11th I can't remember if I mention this or not that my birthday June 11th going to Chicago anyone wants to go bleachers should be a good time And actually I'm looking into Actually, I'm gonna do that right now looking into going and seeing wait.
Wait. Don't tell me I don't know when they record that but I don't think the show is well, maybe it is live and it's recorded on Saturday I'm not for sure. I gotta figure out when they record it though. I'd love to Love to go watch that because usually it's in Chase out of Torium in Chicago And since I'll be in Chicago be be pretty pretty convenient.
I guess No, excuse me So I hope everyone I hope everyone else had as good of a weekend as I had and I'm looking forward to And you are looking forward to the weeks to come as much as I am because I just can't can't wait for baseball to really get Started to where yes, yes That's a look at all the time and make educated guesses on on you know when to Or who did who did change who to broadcast? Mm-hmm see the show live in Chicago's Chase out of Torium. See what it takes anyways Having all that stuff going and I'm hoping for sure that we can get Get Tony on next week should be able to work out. Okay, my state will be a little bit more convenient next Tuesday And then of course the week after I don't know spring break for me I don't know how the updates will will be going if they'll be as consistent as they have been actually This past couple of this last week or so and please remember subscribe to the update through Podbean And then that way if I don't send out an email that says they leave date up Then you can go ahead and see see it.
I believe they send you I believe they send you a Email that says that so if that is true someone please Please let me know if that is true or not. That's what the website tells me, but I'm not for sure if it's true or not Okay, we're looking like Wait, so they recorded on Thursday nights it looks like which is nice because I'll be in Chicago on a Thursday I don't they can just record it on the Thursday up there. So hey, you I know that you may be interested So if that's the case and you want to go the game with us or power to you I want to see if they're actually recording it on June 12th. They're not in the schedules.
I don't you so I guess that's about it. I don't have I don't have much else to say about today I thought I had something else, but I don't want things down.
