This is the daily update for Friday March 14th Introducing the daily update version 2.0. We are back in business well boys and girls it has been a while since you've heard from me and the daily update crew in general I believe We're all still alive and kicking just a little busier than then we then we normally are I guess you could say I know Tony's been traveling tons I believe until last week you've been at home to sleep in the zone bed for maybe three nights since New Year's Day, which I can't imagine doing Mike's been job-hunting job-searching interviewing cleaning water out of Catherine and Smoking some doobies. No just getting smoking some Honda risers on the old GTO and I of course have Became a dad and I can tell you if you haven't done it It's awesome, but very very time-consuming Apparently these babies can't do just can't just about can't do anything for themselves I mean you got to you got to clean up after they go to the bathroom You got to feed them you got to keep them entertained at all times because them just you know sit down and read the book They don't like to read yet. They don't have really any taste in music.
They Know they're pretty pretty helpless means those babies So kind of got to help them along do do a lot of stuff for him But you know what it's one of the most you know it's been one of the most time-consuming and one of the most Difficult things I would have to say I've I've ever endured my life It's definitely the most enjoyable and the most awesome thing I've ever done and and I've had to do and we'll keep doing I'm sure for the rest of my life. So Hannah Joy, of course, she was born December 3rd I'm pretty sure everyone everyone has known that and most of you have seen her matter She definitely is getting a little little attitude and sass of her own Cindy I believe she's already starting to talk back to us, but yeah, she'll be 15 weeks old on Monday St. Patty's day She'll be 15 weeks old and you can catch some or see some new pictures of her at Cindy and I's website Cindy and Nate calm my my space I'll tell you what ever since I blacklisted or black whatever my space here at school I don't think I've been on it for more than five minutes at a time Except for when I uploaded all the initial pictures of Hannah So I don't think my my space account is the greatest place to get updates on the life But if you want to get in touch with me at any time I get a message or whatever to comment Send it to the old email so I check it out So, you know you can still get a hold me that way or whatever bit as far as me checking it routinely doesn't really happen Yeah, this podcast, you know Cindy said made a comment this past weekend about how is the update just dead forever and you know It's just I don't know it's definitely not a priority like it used to be because work here at schools We get pretty busy just like it always does in the second half of the square and definitely with starting the new job next year Not at a new school that I'm taking over for high school choir directors Retiring to give me some more time at the high school and no time at the middle school type of deal So I've been spent a lot of free time going through his stuff talking to him learning how to maybe direct a musical Well, not maybe but because I've definitely got a direct musical bit and doing that kind of stuff So free time hasn't been that great But I did get this new little gadget for the band and hopefully also for podcasting here at school as a class in the in the near future It's a microphone and just record straight mp3. So, you know, I talked it records What I say straight down p3 put it right up on the internet And that's why I decided to start doing the mess around with it is a it's a study for school purposes So I can do that during my prep that as I'm doing this.
I'm also doing some paperwork right now See listen That's paperwork. I'm filling out butter requests for next year and making sure Okay, time to go to lunch Making sure that I've paid all my debts that I've accrued this year during the school year Also, of course, you know, some typing will be going on some mouse clicking whatever else I can do here at my desk While I'm doing this. There's also a chance that I'll be recording this as I drive From school to school because that gives me a good ten minute clip right there Which I'm hoping to keep this right around ten minutes not too long just for a simple fact that I'm sure I'm gonna be getting pretty bored Boring to listen to after a while But so as I'm doing that of course, you may hear some music in the background because of the car stereo You may hear some porn honking and if I'm making any Any hand gestures, I'll try to do those audio elite as well to let you guys know how frustrated I am burning I was all about how frustrated I get when I'm driving sometimes when people around me can't drive or decline to drive the correct way Kind of pisses me off. So hopefully a lot of you will listen.
Oh, here comes an announcement I David Berkshire starter starter quarterback for our football team So anyways, so we'll have we'll do some of that and hopefully I get this out every day Hopefully guys listen I should be able to well definitely through the address that you listen to right now But this place that I'm doing this pod beam through it allows you to promote stuff like on iTunes So if any of you guys use iTunes for for any purpose You should be able to go into the podcast section of the iTunes store and listen to this being downloaded all the podcasts are free So I have to worry about buying anything at all you do have to put in account number for the iTunes store And I know that's for credit card But you can also go buy one those five dollar gift cards or whatever for iTunes and put that in and allow you to access the Pod and cast on the iTunes store I know Eli is a big fan of the podcast on the iTunes store gets a lot of the NPR and ever since I got the iPod Which I've done since my last update as well. I am a huge fan super easy user friendly interface friendly the only problem is it's like the Internet Explorer of Music libraries and I know a lot of us are opposed to corporate corporate whatever But I tell you what I enjoy it. It's gives me a lot of stuff different stuff to listen to and a lot of new information So on so forth. So definitely if you want to check it out through iTunes I guess you can just probably search daily update and it will come up and also iTunes There's a neat little picture of a infamous College pose of mine to let you know that you're getting the right daily update podcast.
I guess you could say so yeah I plan still go through and do Monday through Friday and everything, you know like normal Mondays usually we can update and Tuesday it's usually Tuesdays with Tony. So maybe Tuesday, Tony say right now something self and give me a little blurb to talk about Ask my opinion on something, you know, do that kind of thing Wednesday is hump day. We'll always find something fun to do on hump day because what about pumping isn't fun Thursday is the Links day or I'll let you know some news stories that I heard that were funding during the week or give you some Give you some email addresses to go or email addresses some website addresses to go to in fact today I have one because At least I think I have one here. I don't know how long I've been talking about 10 minutes. So I said I think we'll keep it And now I'm sorry So hopefully I'll try to keep this around 10 minutes unless there's something real riveting to talk about of course for the next couple weeks Baseball fantasy baseball drafts and then after that of course the baseball season starts Which you know cubs are looking good this year and I don't think there's anyone out there I think the Cardinals are going to place ahead of the Cubs I think that's the first time that's happened since about 1986 within my lifetime at least so it's pretty pretty awesome Pretty awesome if you're asking me or if you ask any other company, I guess so like I said hope everyone has a good weekend And I hope this is as easy to access as it is for me to do so that we can all enjoy each other's presence and company again And we will be talking to you next week
