Dairy Processing is Outpacing Supply, Percentage of Prime Beef Rises, Fertilizer Drops, and the Fed Meets

On the beef side, the percentage of beef grading prime continues to rise, thanks to continuously improving genetics, heavier carcass weights and better management. In crop news we're starting to see fertilizer prices come down, which is good news. And the Fed met today under new leadership. Rates didn't change, but it sounds like they will in the future.
