Dale Dye on changing the way Hollywood does war

On this week’s episode, Mike and Steve welcomed Captain Dale Dye. Following a distinguished military career, which included 31 combat operations in Vietnam, Captain Dye founded Warriors Inc. with the goal of helping Hollywood make war movies more realistic and improve screen portrayals of military men and women. Over the past three decades, Captain Dye has worked on more than 50 movies and TV shows, including Platoon, Saving Private Ryan, and Band of Brothers. During their conversation, Captain Dye talked about his time in the Marine Corps, his quest to bring his experience to the silver screen, and why Band of Brothers still stands the test of time.
