Dallas Raines (yes that's his real name) is the Chief Meteorologist at KABC famous for his energetic weather forecasts, perfectly tailored suits and the so-called "Dallas Dip." He's a legend in LA. But before he found massive TV success, he was just a young Southern boy fascinated by tornados in his small town outside Atlanta.
