She's countersuing for emotional distress. Then, The plaintiff brings his sister to court. He says they grew up in an abusive household, which caused the defendant to live a destructive life. He loaned his sister an Xbox and says she damaged his laptop, so he’s suing. The defendant doesn’t think she owes him. Plus, The plaintiff rented a room in the defendant’s house, but he claims the defendant was an alcoholic. The plaintiff paid the first month’s rent and half of the security deposit, but the defendant threatened to kick them out. The plaintiff is suing for a rent refund, security deposit, and illegal eviction. The defendant thinks the plaintiff was sneaking around her house.
