All along the American shoreline, the Memorial Day Weekend is the traditional kick off of the summer beach season.  In the northeast, many will head to the Jersey shore but COVID-19 is still smoldering in New York and New Jersey.  Out in the beach air, it seems safe enough but what about packing into restaurants and bars?
