He left preaching and launched Lost Ball Consulting, which is a firm that works with leaders and companies to help them get to the next level.He has taught, coached, and trained organizations and thousands of people, including many C-level executives, in whole-life skills such as relational conflict, work/life balance, change versus transition, and leadership development.
