He is best known for his roles in Broadway productions, including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, for which he won a Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical in 2005. He is known for his role of Jacob Kowalski in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and the sequels to that film. Fogler is also a comic book writer and has created several series, including Moon Lake and Brooklyn Gladiator.
