He does community events like Movie Night in the Park that are o successful that the city stopped running theirs and uses his. He has different events for agents only or full-on events with other companies helping him host. Dan has spent the last couple of years shadowing a top producer to find out how to structure his team. That training has catapulted him from 62 transactions in 2019 to 108 in 2020 and 115 units in 2021.
