Dan Fitzgerald of Small Axe Peppers comes on the Craft Hot Sauce Podcast. Small Axe Peppers is a community and mission forward company that makes delicious hot sauces from working with community growers across 15 cities in America. 6 years ago they started out as the Bronx Hot Sauce donating and distributing pepper seeds to community gardens and then would buy those peppers at a premium and make a delicious hot sauce to sell and reinvest the proceeds to support community gardens.
