Dan Schneider, a prominent producer and writer for Nickelodeon's hit shows such as "Kenan & Kel," "The Amanda Show," "Drake & Josh," and "iCarly," left the network in 2018 after working with them for 25 years. While the exact reason for his departure remains unclear, reports suggest that tensions arose between Schneider and Nickelodeon executives over creative differences and concerns regarding his behavior on set. There were also allegations of verbal abuse and favoritism towards young actresses.
