Dance first, think later

It’s the natural order. So, stop caring what they think. It only takes one person (you) to get up, stare the fear in face, and start dancing and the rest of them will join you because you were created to dance first and think later. We are human beings and when we get happy, we want to share it. We smile at people when they smile at us because happiness is contagious. It is scary being the first person to dance, especially when you're doing it alone, but its brave and freeing. Its vulnerable, and vulnerability is the only way to defeat the lie we've been told that we need to be perfect. We are allowed to be messy and sweaty and smiling, jumping to the loud speaker. It feels wrong because everyone else is scared to be the only one too, but deep down they would love to dance as well, so start the trend.
