Dangers of Wokeism

Jonathan Isaac, Orlando Magic professional basketball player, announced that he has launched his own athletic apparel company that will be marketed to Christians and conservatives. This Afro-American basketball player made headlines in 2020 when he stood during the national anthem as his teammates knelt in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement. He said he wanted to give Americans, freedom loving, faith loving Americans the option to buy with their values. In his announcement about his new company, UNITUS, he alluded to "woke" companies that have made a conscious decision to either attack or undermine Christian and conservative values. Dr. Hall discusses what the term "woke" means and how it drives political correctness. Microaggressions are defined. Descriptions of wokeness in the business world are outlined with the Anheuser-Busch use of a transgender personality on their beer can being an example. Why Critical Race Theory is  anti-gospel and how it contradicts Scripture is part of this presentation. Dr. Hall calls wokeism the modern religion of the world and demonstrates how Scripture warned us that this was coming. The social fallout from transgenderism is described. He points out that wokeism spawns cancel culture because those who embrace wokeism feel they are ushering in a new social justice with love and tolerance. The goal of wokeism is to rule by demolishing all doubters, destroying their platforms and demolishing their lives. Woke ideology rules by fear. If you don't obey, you will be canceled.
