Daniel interprets king Nebuchadnezzar‘s dream. We see a picture of a great statue. The head is made of gold, the chest and arms is made of silver, the waist and thighs are made of bronze, and the legs are made of iron, with feet and toes made of iron and clay. It is a great statue that corresponds to four kingdoms. The four kingdoms are the Babylonian empire, the Persian empire, the Greek empire, and the Roman empire. This is a prophecy of world history. But all these kingdoms will be shattered by a new kingdom not from human hands, but from the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.
