Daniel Hodges, JD, MHA, is the President and Cofounder of Peaces of Me Foundation, which is a nonprofit that works to erase the stigma surrounding disabilities of all kinds.Daniel and his cousin started Peaces of Me Foundation while he was a student at the University of Baltimore School of Law. After graduating with his Juras Doctorate, Daniel went on to earn his Master's of Healthcare administration from Western Governors University.Born with multiple disabilities, including blindness, Daniel is well acquainted with the feeling of being counted out. At one point, Daniel was told that he would never achieve meaningful employment beyond caning chairs due to his perceived limitations.Through his community education efforts and the professional training he provides, Daniel opens the doors of opportunity for others by meeting people where they are and calling them into the conversation regarding accessibility.
