Daniel: Profound God-Consciousness and Self- Awareness Through Prayer

Daniel was taken from his homeland by a foreign power.  He was trained in the religio-political educational system of his captors; he served them faithfully, and yet God was first in his life.  God taught Daniel the deeper side of the spiritual life, and He revealed to him his love for him.  Yes, God loved Daniel deeply.  Daniel was given access into the mysteries of the end times for his intensional faithfulness to God.  Knowing God is the beginning of wisdom both into the nature of things and the self.
