He's been an ordained URC minister for the past 20 years, and has also taught in the seminary context within the past 10 years. His research interests are within the realm of Reformed Church worship, the "Catholicity" (universality) of the Reformed faith, the Historic Reformed Confessions (Heidelberg, Canons of Dort, and Belgic), and other doctrines within the Reformed faith. He's written numerous books, mostly centered around the Church, worship, and the confessions.
