On this episode of Neon Galactic, we interview attorney Daniel Sheehan, a mythic legal figure who over the course of his long career has played major roles in some of the most important legal fights ever undertaken— Pentagon Papers, Iran Contra, Silkwood, and many others. After glimpsing classified Project Blue Book photographs in the late 1970s that reportedly showed the US Air Force retrieval of a crashed UFO, Sheehan has been an advocate for UAP disclosure. In the past few years, he has come to represent Lue Elizondo, the Pentagon whistleblower who revealed in 2017 that the US government had and continues to be in the business of UFOs. Here Sheehan describes what from the now eviscerated Schumer Amendment to the 2024 National Defense Authorization Act will still do for efforts at disclosure, and how he and his allies will be working to lobby the Senate Intelligence Committee to put enforcement mechanisms back in the legislation. Sheehan also acknowledges that some of the current back-room negotiations between aerospace companies around recovered craft may well indicate that significant progress has been recently made in back engineering UFOs. Radiance Tech in particular may be trying to use that tech to develop and deploy a global nuclear quick strike missile technology, he said.
