Dan’s Connection with His Birth Mother and The Search for His Birth Father

He has always known he was adopted and grew up alongside four siblings.In his 20s, Dan met his birth mother for the first time. While that connection answered some questions about his background, he is still, to this day, trying to find those links to his birth father.Over time, he has learned more about his ancestry, including connections to the Karnataka region in southern India. More than 20 years ago, while backpacking through New Zealand, he fell in love with the country. A country that he now calls home.This is his story.
