The deadline to defer capital gains by investing in a qualified opportunity fund (QOF) is Dec. 31, 2026. In this week's episode of Tax Credit Tuesday, host and Novogradac managing partner, Michael Novogradac, CPA is joined by Novogradac partner Jason Watkins, CPA, to discuss the looming deadline, its ramifications and what the possibilities look like for renewal and extension of the opportunity zones (OZ) incentive.
