Darkness Turns to Light

Tony Gyenis channels spirit's message on being aware of our darkness. We do have elements of darkness but it grows over time. Something that happens to you how long do you hold onto it? If you are rejected Spirit wants us to appreciate that you have light inside of you so looking for approval from others means you are looking for others light to make yours brighter.
