In its history and even in its gameplay, Monopoly has always been an anti-capitalistic indoctrination tool. It glorifies submission to central banking and the State while treating competition in free markets as nothing but a hateful exercise of ruination against your fellow man. Try to cooperate? Other players howl collusion. "Land" on the property of another? You are forced to pay without receiving any benefit from exchange.
