Today I interview Darrel Stephens who is the former Executive Director of Major Cities Chiefs Association and currently is the Co-Director of Policing, Security Technology & Private Security Research and Policy Institute at Florida State University. He was a subject matter expert with the President’s Taskforce for 21st Century Policing where I got to know him well. His experience as a law enforcement officer and police chief has given him an important voice in our police reform efforts. This podcast focuses on legacy, the one we inherit and the one we can create.
