Darryl Carr's legal fight with the city continues over his Cobblestone properties

Darryl Carr, the owner of Cobblestone District properties that were badly damaged in a fire two months ago, has filed a lawsuit against the City of Buffalo that puts a pause on emergency preservation efforts.
