So it’s a huge honor to introduce you to this week’s guest, the Executive Director of the Kansas City MLB Urban Youth Academy Darwin Pennye. The Pittsburgh Pirates drafted Pennye, and he spent five seasons in the minor leagues before getting into coaching and then becoming the Athletic Director in Texas. He came to Kansas City to become the Executive Director of the Urban Youth Academy when it opened.
