Wenn Sie sich ihre Kinder und Enkel anschauen oder möglicherweise auch Ihr eigenes Medien-Verhalten reflektieren: Sehen Sie dann auch heute viele Menschen, die sich permanent selbst bespiegeln? Kaum ist man am Strand ist man auch schon wieder woanders, nämlich im Netz - schnell das so genannte Selfie per Instagram, oh schon 25 Likes. Oder per Whatsapp an die Daheimgebliebenen. Das hat schon was von Narziss, der sich in sein eigenes Spiegelbild verliebt auf der Wasser- oder Bildschirmoberfläche - wenn auch zum Glück die Diagnose Narzissmus nur auf ganz wenige Menschen wirklich zutrifft. Ein bißchen Selbstverliebtheit steckt aber wohl in den meisten von uns. Wenn Sie aber unter den eigenen narzisstischen Mustern oder denen anderer leiden - dann sollten und können Sie etwas tun - meint unser heutiger Gast: Er sieht Narzissmus nämlich in vielen Fällen als Ursache von Selbstsabotage, die uns dabei im Weg steht, uns so zu entwickeln wie wir das eigentlich wollen … Und er berichtet nicht nur aus der Perspektive des Psychiaters - sondern auch der eines Mannes der sagt: Ich bin selbst ein Narzisst.
