SHOW TALKING POINTS: Backup is not an element, but has many different components. These include “flat” data such as documents, complex data (databases, including Exchange) and configuration data. The fastest way to capture all of this is by doing image-based or “snapshot” backups that capture all at once. These types of backups provide “business continuity” or the ability to keep working after server(s) failure.
