Data centers: what’s with all the secrecy?

It’s Sunshine Week, an annual celebration highlighting the importance of government transparency and the public’s right to access information. But state law is struggling to keep up with the recent data center boom. And developers are using heavy redactions and NDAs to keep Wisconsinites in the dark.
