The platform integrates with systems including ConnectWise, Halo, Autotask, QuickBooks and Xero, helping providers manage telecom pricing, usage and billing. Loveys says he is seeing service providers around the world move rapidly into AI-powered services, particularly intelligent voice agents and other communications applications. “What’s surprised me is the speed at which this is being adopted,” Loveys says. Many of these services start with voice but quickly move beyond simple call handling. AI agents can learn about the business, interact with customers and make decisions about how calls should be processed. That creates a new challenge: how do service providers price and bill for these services? Datagate is applying its existing usage-based billing expertise to AI, allowing providers to translate AI consumption, time and resources into billable services. Loveys is also enthusiastic about Alianza’s new Crux platform, which is designed to help service providers orchestrate data and deploy AI services more easily. “Products like Crux are making AI accessible and saleable,” Loveys says. Datagate plans to work alongside Alianza to help partners monetize those new services, while also supporting requirements around authentication, trust and data orchestration.
