Date: September 7, 2026. Lesson 176-2026. Title: When Telling the Truth Costs You

In today’s Morning Manna, Rick Wiles and Doc Burkhart examine Proverbs 28:21–23 and three dangers that quietly corrupt judgment: partiality, the grasping pursuit of wealth, and flattery. Solomon warns that integrity is often sold for far less than we imagine, that the person consumed with getting rich can become blind to the poverty approaching him, and that honest correction will ultimately earn more favor than empty praise. This lesson challenges believers to judge without favoritism, examine what truly drives their financial ambitions, and value the friend willing to tell the truth rather than the flatterer who merely tells us what we want to hear.
