In un caso reale emerge invece un sistema più articolato, in cui i dati sanitari possono confluire in piattaforme digitali centralizzate, come il Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico, ampliando progressivamente i database. Il punto centrale riguarda il ruolo dei medici, tra incentivi pubblici legati al PNRR e vincoli operativi tramite il Sistema Tessera Sanitaria. Ne deriva una riflessione sul consenso informato e sulla gestione dei dati sensibili, con la necessità per i cittadini di comprendere meglio come vengono utilizzate le proprie informazioni. La salute, in questo contesto, riguarda non solo la cura, ma anche la libertà individuale.
