Recently, someone I know asked me what my MBTI was. I honestly couldn’t remember, as the last time I took the test, it was for a job. I retook the free online test – takes about 10 minutes only – and I found out I’m an ENFJ. (And so is Oprah, btw!) As I dug deeper into Meyers-Briggs, I realized I had seen it on some dating profiles too, and that led to me contacting today’s guest, Daniel Speiss, to talk about MBTI's and how you can use them to improve your dating and relationship experiences. Daniel Speiss is a dating/relationship coach who focuses on intimacy and communication.
