She was meant to be on a weeklong hiking trip but couldn't even find the trailhead to begin. As cars raced around her, she realized she had a choice. She could keep crying, admit defeat, go home, and tell that story, or figure it out and let that be her story. She gave herself 10 seconds to decide.It was the eve of her 40th birthday and the first time in her life she was aware that she had the power to choose how her story would turn out.She joined a coaching program that taught her how to communicate better with men, and then a program which focused on relationships. She wanted all her relationships to be better, including the one she had with herself.Lena started coaching clients in all areas of their lives, then earned her certification.
