Dave Carroll - Canadian Author, Storyteller and Singer-Songwriter

Dave Carroll is a Canadian singer-songwriter and social media pioneer from Halifax. Perhaps best known for creating a viral YouTube video about his bad customer service experience with an airline. United Breaks Guitars became YouTube’s #1 music video in the world for the month of July 2009. This was at a time when social media was beginning to emerge as an innovative communication tool.  Dave has since enjoyed a professional music and speaking career in over 30 countries, written a best-selling book about the experience and developed a storytelling workshop to help organizations and individuals become better storytellers.Dave continues to produce award winning music and remains most passionate about the music he creates.
