Dave Gwyn motivates young female hockey players to work hard and do well by teaching Notre Dame's '4 for 40' to his athletes. He has had great success coaching at the top level of women's hockey in Ontario, and in this episode he shares a few hockey ideas, and how being humble, hungry and smart helps in life off the ice as well.
