Throughout his legendary career, Mason recorded and performed with an incredible list of artists, including Paul McCartney, George Harrison, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Michael Jackson, David Crosby, Graham Nash, Steve Winwood, Fleetwood Mac, Delaney Bramlett, and Cass Elliot. Born on May 10, 1946, in Worcester, England, Mason overcame major challenges early in life—including a severe childhood accident that left him hospitalized for 18 months and forced him to relearn how to walk.
