Dave played country music the majority of his life. From the age of 8 at the old ice house to all around Texas for 23 years, he got married, had a daughter and decided to stay at home and be a father. June 10, 2001 he gave his life to the Lord and has never looked back. God laid the words to a song in his heart called Honkytonks to Heaven and continues to give him lyrics that reflect his life, past present and future, and the chains that Jesus broke that hot summer night in June on his back porch.
