Dave Soldano - Photographing Icons

Episode 054 of F-Stop Collaborate and Listen with Dave Soldano! It was awesome to have one of Colorado Springs best photographers on the podcast - Dave Soldano. Dave and I met "virtually" back in 2011 back when I was living in Colorado Springs. We have always looked out for each other as fellow landscape photographers and Dave was kind enough to invite me with him on his trip to Iceland back in March. We had some pretty intense conversations in the car on that trip on the long drives across the country and I thought it would be awesome to get Dave's perspective recorded on the podcast. Dave has some differing views on a lot of the subjects we've covered on the podcast, and I loved the idea of having someone express those views as I think they may represent how many listeners feel. Additionally, I thought it would be cool to talk about our trip on the podcast. We covered some great topics this week, including: 1. A different take on photographing the icons. 2.
