Welcome to the Leadership Community Podcast.   In today's episode, we have a conversation with Dave Wade, Senior Pastor of Bridge Church, Lincoln, UK. He has led there since 2005. Dave is also a lecturer at Mission Dei, The Assemblies of God Bible College, and serves in the leadership development area of AoG GB. Dave is married to Sian. They have 3 children and are also registered foster carers. This conversation is the first in a series focused on Leadership Goals.
