Ive been at this for a while and the stories start to add up after a while. Honestly most lab stories dont make for an interesting podcast. I cant get people stoked about p values and Westgard rules. The sounds of co-host seeing pics of gross things for 60 minutes might play with the ASMR crowd but not for most. I had to pull back into the internal cob webs for these. Enjoy.

Time To Show Up Nathalie Nahai and Dr Aaron Balick Welcome to Time To Show Up, a unique podcast and video series that ventures behind the scenes of professional success, to explore how we can deploy our deepest values into our professional lives.Hosted by best-selling author, Nathalie Nahai, and renowned Psychotherapist, Dr Aaron Balick, we interview professionals from the worlds of music, marketing, literature and beyond, to investigate how they have manifested their visions at work and overcome significant obstacles to craft a life they love.We also take a deep dive with Hotseat interviews, a series of sessions in which we share practical insights with courageous folks who are daring to take the next step towards transforming their careers and personal lives. From these conversations, we draw out the best theories, practices, and models from psychology, behavioural science and more, to offer tangible ways in which our listeners can apply these tools in their own lives.Alongside this series, we're also launching an exciting new Explicit Running In Slow Motion with Sidney & Tamra Smith You Hear Good Things podcast network Comedian Sidney Smith and his wife Tamra — a sharp-witted educator with a soft spot for flowers — team up to navigate life, goals, and culture at their own hilarious, at times, in-depth pace. They call it “running in slow motion,” and that pretty much sums up the vibe. This isn’t a marriage podcast (their union ranks a generous 5 out of 10, after all), but it is a refreshingly honest, smart, and funny take on relationships, ambition, and everyday chaos. From real talk to pop culture and unexpected interviews, it’s a joyride of relatable moments and laugh-out-loud observations. Explicit
