This one (1) hour CE course provides the licensed employee benefits advisor with an overview of Health and Ancillary Benefit Exchanges (also known as “Marketplaces”). It will describe fundamental differences between public and private exchanges and explore the theory behind the creation and operation of exchanges. It will then look at exchanges as sources of competitively priced “high deductible health plans” that can be used for both HSA and HRA arrangements.
