This one (1) hour CE course provides an update on the latest benefit compliance issues related to employers and the Affordable Care Act. It will cover the continuing definition of an Applicable Large Employer, Minimum Value Coverage standard and Affordability of the coverage as it pertains to the Employer “Shared Responsibility” Mandate of the ACA.
