David Allen is an entrepreneur who founded the company we buy iPhones (a new and used electronics broker who specializes in buying and reselling iPhones) David is an Atlanta native who went through the journey of entrepreneurship. His humble beginnings involved different occupations such as being an electrician as we as a used car salesman. After feeling under minded as an employee he gambled on his self and dove into fixing damaged iPhones. After becoming successful with that David realized that he was barely making a living. At this point his mentor suggested that he begin to start unlocking iPhones, which led to him buying and flipping phones for cash. The method that David uses to source some his items is called “street” or local arbitrage where he sources from people with his city. He uses tools such as Google My Business along with “word of mouth” marketing from happy customers to run his business. One gem from David is to make sure you treat customers with respect and integrity. Never try to get over on anyone and make sure you do your best to achieve satisfaction. Dave even shared a story in which he was shot during the process of buying an iPhone on Christmas Day from a local individual.
