Coming straight from the mouth of David: "Mainstream fitness is littered with misconceptions and myths. However, there is a great deal more truthful information out there. Unfortunately, the task of aligning sound information for your goal is a difficult and extremely time-consuming task.  The ability to funnel everything you do pertaining to fitness and nutrition should ultimately deliver a single message to your mind and body. That message is your goal. This is what you daydream of, read about and project to yourself each day. At Precision Fitness I’ve made it my mission to further education those willing to take the next logical fitness step and begin to treat their bodies with honest attention rather than pills, powders or diet fads that promise a quick fix in and unrealistic time frame."
