David Bass: Gather (Rooted Series)

Rooted | Gather – Growing Stronger Together In this second message of our Rooted series, we explore why gathering together is essential to living a rooted, resilient, and fruitful Christian life. Drawing from Psalm 1, Acts 2, Hebrews 10, and Ephesians 4, we’re reminded that we were never meant to grow alone — we grow best when we are planted together. Scripture paints a picture of believers who meet regularly, encourage one another, and are built up into maturity as each part of the body does its work. When we commit to gathering — in worship, in community, and in shared discipleship — God strengthens us, stabilises us, and helps us bear fruit that lasts. This message challenges us to prioritise meeting together, to spur one another on in love and good deeds, and to allow God to shape us into a mature, united body rooted in Christ. 📖 Key Scriptures: • Psalm 1:2–3 • Acts 2:46 • Hebrews 10:23–25 • Ephesians 4:11–16 Whether you’re new to church or have followed Jesus for many years, this message invites you to put down deeper roots by choosing to gather and grow together. #Rooted #Gather #ChristianCommunity #GrowTogether #ChurchFamily #Discipleship #LifeVineyardChurch
